A documentarian by training, a mover by trade, Erik’s passion for effectively integrating Crater’s video technology with the established business models and brands of our major global relocation partners goes beyond the excitement that occurs upon witnessing a new Video Surveyor conducting their first successful interaction with a client through this medium. That said, he still gets a righteous kick out of it, every time that it occurs.
Daniela has been in the relocation industry for almost 12 years and has held positions working with both corporate and government relocating transferees. Finding a solution to the estimation process was a major pain point for Daniela as she used to be an onsite surveyor in the San Francisco Bay area – this was where the real inspiration for Crater’s product SurveyBot was born.
Brian has an affliction for mashing things up, ideation to implementation is his jam. He thrives bringing automation to bear to affect improved efficiency, and relishes the resulting individual and collective impact. To keep it fresh, he continually seeks to evolve his definition of success, and then sets his sights. He believes being in the pressure cooker can bring out one’s best, but also in sustainable subsequent decompression. He is a full-stack developer and architect out to do great work.
Rajiv is an experienced digital marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in driving business growth and leading all marketing initiatives across demand generation, branding, user acquisition, events, social media and product marketing. Rajiv’s has worked with several notable companies throughout his professional career including Netscape, Pixar, Kidaptive and Nearpod.
In addition to decades of experience working in diverse marketing environments, he brings an analytical + creative mindset that focuses on innovation, optimization and retention, all of which are of the utmost importance for CRATER.
One of great analytical acumen and attention to detail, Rachael’s career in the relocation industry started in 2007. Since then, she has discovered that running a successful business revolves entirely around the relationships you make and keep. This attitude has enabled her to better understand her client’s relocation programs and identify and analyze the risks they faced. Her interest in helping others is what still drives her passion today.
Over the last 16 years, the relocation industry has given Renee the opportunity to meet unique individuals across the board who share a passion in assisting people that are making new changes in their lives. She has taken leaps into the unknown which has contributed to her overall knowledge of the moving industry. She has found her home now and is excited that everyone else is embracing Crater the way she knew they would.
Rogan has 6+ years of experience in numerous design agencies working on clients such as Nike, Adidas, Nokia and Nivea. He is easygoing, hardworking and has an attention to detail in minimal and clean design. And let’s not forget his love for snowboarding!
Technical support and BGD surveyor team leader, Sergio is a tech savvy guy who loves to eat, sleep, play video games, and tap people out BJJ style. Challenges excite and motivate him to become better with every opportunity.
Simy is not someone who loves solitude or someone that enjoys their own company. She loves people and being surrounded by them – hence her love for the relocation business and all things people. Helping people relocate and hand holding them through one of the most difficult times of their lives is what she lives for. Oh and of course cooking – baking fabulous cakes and whipping up super delicious meals is her other passion. She believes she can feed a 100 with 5 fish and 2 loaves of bread – that’s how much she loves cooking!
Good-natured Finance Manager and Japanese martial art expert (Kendo), Nikolina – nicknamed Nina – has strong discipline of mind. Her financial intelligence is what allows her to provide us with financial reports, interpreting financial and cost-reduction opportunities to managerial staff.
Vukasin is currently finishing his MBA at Edinburgh Business School, having previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree at Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration. A total digital marketing enthusiast, experienced with Social Media, SEO, Content and Email Marketing. Outside work, he has 3 hobbies nowadays – learning languages (alongside English, he speaks German and Spanish), playing golf and exploring Italian cuisine. Put some basketball games from time to time and Vukasin is good to go.

Danilo Djurdjevic (Belgrade, 1991) is a graphic designer and artist. He finished the Belgrade School of Design (2010). Afterwards, Danilo graduated from The College of Applied Arts, Belgrade. Since 2006 he took part in more than 20 group exhibitions in the country and abroad. He is the winner of 3 awards in the field of the applied arts.
Mina is a conscientious person who loves to interact with people, but who also needs space for self-led development. Mina loves nature, sports, music, traveling and exploring different cultures and, she adores animals.

Former professional football player, used to work in public diplomacy in Serbia and managed over 200 people until he joined Crater. Organizing multiple high ranking events for government officials and embassies gave him the tools that transitioned great into Crater. One of his life mottos is “Life is simple, you make choices and don’t look back”.

The variety of jobs and activities he performed show that he is not afraid to take a risk. From financial and insurance consulting to radio broadcasting and online journalism, he was always shifting gears ahead. Knows how to work hard, but sure knows how to party hard too.
A skillful drummer, and car racer with a Degree in Business, Roman’s career in the moving industry began in 1985, running the family business. Since then he has traveled over 2 million miles and has successfully processed nearly every type of logistical challenge. It’s been a wild ride!
Software developer and manager with 6 years of professional experience in development and designing of enterprise information systems and making sure that end product has high quality before it goes to customer. Igor’s biggest professional satisfaction is to solve problems that others had given up on. In free time, he enjoys reading books and travelling.

Although she studied genetics, her work background mostly lies in travel and tourism, with an ever increasing interest in the digital industry. Ivan has been programming for about 20+ years now using a wide range of platforms and programming languages. Most recent is iOS development which he has been doing for almost 6 years. When not working he likes to ride bicycle, read horror, SF and fantasy. Aleksandar is a student at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He is trying to learn to play the piano, and to learn French in the near future. Always optimistic and with a smile on his face, he likes spending time doing exactly nothing with his friends. His main goal is to force himself to get up at 5 am every morning.

Mario Jose Lopez Torres was born in Spain, but raised in Cuba. He is an Industrial Engineer, very passionate about business improvements, customer service and technology. He is a workaholic and has special talent to make himself busy. His friends and family are very important to him and they support almost everything he wants to do. He enjoys travelling and meeting new people, learning their language and their history. He thinks that one finds the true value of life in people and their experiences. Despite being professional software developer for almost two decades, Dejan still has passion for crafting code with care. As a supporter of Software craftsmanship, he firmly believes that people do need to change more often than processes. He hopes he will never get tired of learning and advancing both personally and professionally.

Her ex country manager said that she is ambitious and she will achieve any goal and that she is capable of doing anything and that she has special charisma. Her ex HR director stated that she has a lot of potential and that her communicative skills are impressive.
Jelena has Security Manager BSc (Bachelor of Science), but will probably never build a career in that field of work. She loves working with people and considers that a positive atmosphere among the employees & having fun at work are the most important aspects of work environment. She’s been a passionate diver for more than 10 years, specialised in ship wreck and cave diving. She Loves video games and extreme sports. Likes to learn new languages and to travel. Dreaming about travel around the world one day on her Yamaha motorcycle with the wind in her hair. Favourite destination – Iceland.
Stefanida used to work in a language school as an English and French teacher before becoming a member of Crater. Also, she has experience in working for a marketing agency. She moved to Belgrade when she started her studies at the Faculty of Philology. In her free time she likes to read and play volleyball. Her passion is travelling.
After working on various positions in car industry for two years, Marija decided to explore new things and has joined Crater team. In college, she studied Scandinavian languages & literatures and finished English as her second language. She is a mom of a five-year-old boy who she considers to be her greatest achievement in life.
Nenad Nikolic is a third year of Law School, grew up and raised in Belgrade, a computer whizz and a hands-on kind of guy. Passionate about gaming, cooking, movies, kickboxing and any kind of sport in general. He says he is creative, a team player and ready for a challenge.
If Vladana would have to describe herself in just two words, she would say that she is a positive person, because it is her belief that a positive attitude leads to a good outcome, whatever the situation is. The choice of her studies is related to one of her greatest passion in life – international relations, law, politics and diplomacy, so she always tries to learn as much as she can about it. One of the leading mottos in mher life could be expressed through a well known proverb – “Carpe diem”, because she is not keen on the idea of wasting her time in vain.

Andjela loves interacting with people and public performances so it seemed logical to get Bachelor’s degree in journalism. She is passionate about photography, dancing, learning new languages (besides being fluent in English and Spanish, she is currently learning French and Italian). Travelling is another thing she loves to do and she always takes the opportunity to get familiar with different cultures. Good organisation and time management skills never let her leave things unfinished.
Brian Peterson is 39 years old, a very hard working self driven individual, and he prides himself in being a great team player. Always willing to do whatever it takes. Brian has been in the transportation and moving industry for 22 years. He has always had this passion for helping others and the moving business is just that – people helping people move forward. Brian has been married to his best friend Cindy for 7 years, they enjoy outdoors activities, boating, fishing and camping.
Bojan likes to travel and see different places, meet new people, try new things. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade and then traveled to the UK to do his International Criminal Law master studies. He was awarded with the ‘Fellowship for future leaders’ from Tokyo to fund his master studies. International relations are his passion, he speaks English and Spanish and he also studied German for 8 years. He likes to think that he is very well organised.
Nikola was born in Libreville, Gabon. He started his education in Ukraine and finished it in Serbia as an economist. Fluent in both English and Russian. Has 10+ years of various work experience. Loves to travel, explore new things in life and play/watch sports. After years of traveling and driving through the world, this year he fell into “Crater”.
Milan has finished Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade, and he very much likes different cultures, traveling and languages. He is always interested in learning a new language. He likes spending his free time going out with his friends, watching movies or reading books.
